Counselling Services
I offer one-to-one counselling for individuals who feel overwhelmed, unsettled, or emotionally unsure, particularly during times of change, transition, or uncertainty. You don’t need to have clear answers or a specific problem to begin.
In sessions, we focus on what feels most important for you in the moment. This may include exploring current challenges, understanding emotional patterns, making sense of life changes, or finding steadier ways to move forward. Sessions are shaped collaboratively and adapt as your needs change over time.
I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Reality Therapy, adapting each session to your needs, readiness, and personal story.
